BAIL APPLN. 2593/2025 p. 3 SC 483, the Hon’ble Apex Court had specifically noted that if the accused is not able to furnish bail bonds and sureties within one month from the grant of bail, the concerned Court may suo moto take up the case and consider whether the conditions of bail require modification / relaxation. 10. It is a common knowledge that the convicts who are in custody for a long duration of time, oftentimes, find themselves in a position where they are unable to persuade even their family members to stand surety for them. 11. In view of the above, bail conditions as imposed on the applicant by order dated 02.09.2025 and modified by order dated 24.09.2025, are further modified to the extent that the Applicant is
directed to be released on bail (if not in custody in any other case) on furnishing a personal bond for a sum of ₹25,000/- with cash surety for a sum of ₹20,000/-, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.
12. The other conditions as imposed by the order dated 02.09.2025 shall remain the same.
13. The present application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
