This is an application filed by the original non- applicants for recalling of the order dated 20.12.2023 and to restore the Criminal Application No.361 of 2023, to its original file, which is filed for grant of permission to withdraw the maintenance amount.
2. For the reasons stated in the application the order dated 20.12.2023 is hereby recalled and the Criminal Application No.361 of 2023 is restored to its original file.

1. This is an application filed by the original non- applicants for grant of permission to withdraw the maintenance amount deposited by the applicant in the Court.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant has stated that the applicant and non applicants are staying together. They both are present before the Court today.
3. The applicant has no objection for withdrawal of the amount by the original non-applicant Bharti Shende deposited by him.
4. Original non-applicant Bharti Shyam Shende is permitted to withdraw the maintenance amount deposited in the Court by the appellant.
5. Criminal application stands disposed of.
