Learned counsel for respondent No.5 would submit that the petitioner had taken treatment in the year 2016 and thereafter made a complaint before the Medical Department in the year 2020 and again approached the police with a complaint in the year 2024. 5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that, no complaint dated 11.01.2024 has been received by the police. 6. Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the police authorities and pursue his grievance in accordance with law.
