Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bhandra P.S. Case No. 84 of 2022, corresponding to G.R. Case No.95 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 307, 452, 506 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Ms. Archana Kumari, learned J. M., 1st Class, Lohardaga. On 05.12.2022, the named accused persons are alleged to have fired outside the house of the informant. Nobody sustained injury in the said firing. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of Jatru Oraon, who has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Archana Kumari, learned J. M., 1st Class, Lohardaga or her successor, in connection with Bhandra P.S. Case No. 84 of 2022, corresponding to G.R. Case No.95 of 2023.
