(NDPS) Case No.123 of 2024 pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Kantamal, arising out of Kantamal P.S. Case No.203 of 2024 for alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 20(a)(i) of NDPS Act and Section-27(1) of Odisha Forest Act, 1972. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail. 4. Taking into account the nature of allegations, this Court is not inclined to entertain the application for pre-arrest bail. However, in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the learned Court in seisin in the aforesaid case and moves an application for his release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit. 5.
