The present application u/s 528 BNSS has been filed with prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Case No. 602 of 2014, arising out of Case Crime No. 407 of 2014, under Sections 457, 380, 411 IPC, P.S Sigramau, District Jaunpur as well as charge sheet dated 15.09.2014, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Court No.15, Jaunpur. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant do not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 528 BNSS is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
