The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- MANPREET KAUR Digitally signed by MANPREET KAUR Date: 2025.01.09 11:13:05 +0530 2 “It is therefore prayed, that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash the impugned first information report bearing crime no. 891/2024 registered at Police Station- City Kotwali, Balodabazar, District-Balodabazar, Bhatapara (C.G.), for the offences punishable under Section 353(1)(b) and 353(2) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 may kindly be quashed, in the interest of justice” 3. From perusal of the petition, it transpires that the petitioner has not impleaded the complainant as a party respondent. 4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed, with liberty to file petition afresh with impleading the necessary parties. 5. Learned Panel Lawyer appearing for respondent No.1 / State is present. 6.
