JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 06-08-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barhiya P.S. Case No. 288 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 70(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 67(A) of the IT Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, a video was made viral on Whatsapp in which some persons were seen committing rape with a girl. The petitioner has been identified as one of the persons who have committed rape. 4.
