Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "a) Issue, a writ, order or direction, in the nature of Mandamus, directing the Respondent Authorities, to allow the option of the petitioner under the National Pension System for Old Pension Scheme provided under the Government Order dated 28/06/2024 and 11/07/2024. b) Issue, a writ, order or direction, in the nature of Mandamus, directing the Respondent Authorities, to include the entire past services of the petitioner for Pensionary benefits and Career Advancement Scheme." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that the claim of petitioner for counting service of petitioner since 2004 and for consideration under the pension scheme is pending before respondent no.3, however till date, no order has been passed. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that claim of petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby provided that the respondent no.3 shall decide the claim of petitioner in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order. 6.
