GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “to issue a Writ or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of respondents no.3 and 4 in not conducting the survey and fixing the boundaries of the Petitioners land consists of 0.34 Acres Vide Khata.No.1370 situated in Registered Survey No. 204B of Urukunda Village, Kowthalam Mandal, Kumool District irrespective of continuous prayers and online application to them; which is arbitrary, against the principles of natural justice and violation of the Section 5, 7, 8, 9, 10(1) ,15(1) and 22 of The A.P. Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and Article 14, 19, 21 and 300 A of Constitution of India and subsequently direct Respondent No.2 to consider the detailed representation dated 22-10-2025 and also subsequently direct the Respondents No.3 and 4 to consider F-Line Application No. FSNV012500856373 dated 03-11-2025 to conduct survey and fix the boundaries in the subject land…..” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made F-line application by paying requisite fee with a request to 4 conduct survey of his land and notice also issued to the concerned persons. However, the same was not concluded. 4. Both the counsel submit that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by a learned single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.2674 of 2020, dated 19.02.2020. 5. Considering the above submissions, the Writ Petition also stands disposed of, in terms of the order in W.P.No.2674 of 2020, dated 19.02.2020, directing the respondents to take a decision in terms of Section 10 (1) of the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and communicate the same to the petitioner provided under Section 10 (2) of the said Act, within one (01) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
