Case No. 141/2024 arising out of Rajrappa P.S. Case No. 24/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 565/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 376, 417, 504, 506 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Ramgarh. 3. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the victim who is aged about 19 years. Later on, he refused to marry her. 4. There is nothing on the record to show that the petitioner had obtained consent for physical relationship from the informant by fraud. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Ramgarh in connection with S.T.
