Ramdev Plywoods, 'Sri Krishna Bhavan, D.No.27- 33-64, Gudavallivari Street, Governorpet, Vijayawada - 520 002, Krishna District, as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Article 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and Consequently direct the 6th Respondent herein not to interfere with the civil disputes between the Petitioner and 7th Respondent herein.…= 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint of the wife of the respondent No.7, the respondent police have registered a case in Cr.No.357 of 2021 under Section 354, 506 r/w 34 of IPC. Except registration of the above crime, the respondent police never interfered in the civil disputes between the petitioner and unofficial respondent. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate Orders. 4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow the due process of law regarding the crime which has been registered against the petitioner.
