Both parties are in agreement that the order dated 27.11.2024, may be modified in the following manner: - (i) The order dated 27.11.2024, is modified to the extent that till 30.11.2025, the mesne profits shall be paid at the rate of Rs. 3,000/- per month. (ii) From 01.12.2025, till the disposal of the appeal, the mesne profits shall be paid at the rate of Rs. 8,000/- per month. 3. If the arrears in terms of this order have not been paid, the same shall be paid within a period of four weeks. 4. Future mesne profits from 01.12.2025, shall be paid by the fifteenth day of the succeeding month. 5. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. 6.
