2. Learned Counsel for the appellant – Insurance Company has filed a Memo for Withdrawal and seeks the leave of the Lok Adalath to withdraw the above appeal as not pressed. Further, the learned Counsel for the appellant – Insurance Company prays that the amount if any, deposited before this Court may be transferred to the Claims Tribunal.

3. In view of the Memo, the appellant – Insurance Company is permitted to withdraw the above appeal. The said memo is placed on record. Accordingly, the above Miscellaneous First Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The amount if any, deposited before this Court shall be transferred to the Claims Tribunal. Draw up the Award accordingly.
