In compliance of order dated 09.04.2025, the respondent no.3 has produced Ms Tanisha Sharma alleged detenue in the Court. 2. Status report has been filed by respondent-State, as per contents of which, Ms Tanisha Sharma has performed marriage with the petitioner on 31.03.2025 and now she is voluntarily residing with the petitioner. The official respondents have also recorded statements of the respondents no. 4 to 9 as well as Ms Tanisha Sharma, which have been tagged with the status report and reveal that the private respondents have stated that they would not have any concern with the petitioner and Ms Tanisha Sharma and would not interfere in their lives in any manner whatsoever. Ms Tanisha Sharma has also recorded her statement that she is happily living with her husband. 3. In view of above facts, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to proceed with the petition any more and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
