ORDER: The present writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the 2 respondent in dispose of the application of the petitioner filed through e- seva vide application N0.TATTAOI2100075140, dated 14.09.2021 for deleting the land admeasuring Ac.2.11 cents in Survey No.308-2 of Aluru Revenue Village, Tadipatri Mandal, Ananthapuramu District from the prohibitory property list under Section 22A of the Registration Act. nd
2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the petitioner filed the application in the year 2021 and if the petitioner filed fresh application, the same will be considered in accordance with law.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner herein to file fresh application through e-seva as contemplated under the law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order and on receipt of such application, the respondents are directed to examine the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three months therefrom. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
