The said fact is not disputed by the learned State Counsel, however, he elaborated on instruction that after investigation, no evidence has been found against the petitioner and his name was dropped out from the alleged offence while charge-sheet has been submitted against two other persons namely Balram Singh and Pooja Rana. The said instruction has been passed on to this Court by the learned State Counsel, which is taken on record. 6. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, nothing survives in the present criminal writ petition and the same is hereby closed. 7. Interim order dated 18.04.2022 stands vacated.
