THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioners have sought the following reliefs:- "Wherefore, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash the entire proceedings in C.C.No.187/2016 vide Annexure - B registering the case against the petitioner for the alleged offences punishable under section 341, 504, 427, 506, 34 of IPC pending on the file of Hon'ble Principal Civil Judge (Junior Division) and JMFC at Maddur., by allowing this memorandum of criminal petition under section 482 of Cr.P.C and further be pleased grant such other relief/s as this Hon'ble Court deems fits, in the interest of justice." 2. After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petition may be disposed of directing the trial Court to dispose of the proceedings within a stipulated time frame. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:8455 CRL.P No. 1410 of 2025 3.
