Petitioner has been appointed on 09.10.2012 as a Part Time Instructor in the Office of Project Officer Rajiv Vidya Mission (SSA) at Vemulova, East Godavari District, on contract basis for initial period of eleven months. She has been continued from time to time and her contractual tenure, as per the latest renewal, came to end on 30.04.2025. Petitioner has made representation dated 19.04.2025 to respondent Nos.2 to 4 requesting to consider the benefit of G.O.Ms.No.15, Finance (HR.IV-FR&LR) Department, dated 31.01.2022, by which the Government has extended the age of superannuation from sixty to sixty two years for the Government employees, which is stated to be pending. 3. r 3 HCGRJ W.P.No.l20a7 of 2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice to direct respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider and pass appropriate orders on aforesaid representation. 4. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.4 has placed on record written instructions dated 27.09.2022, stating that petitioner has been engaged on contractual basis and that the period of tenure, as per the contract, got expired and petitioner has been disengaged. At any rate, as petitioner’s representation is pending with respondents, the same will be considered in accordance with law. 5. 6. In view of aforesaid submissions, without expressing any opinion the merits of the matter, with the consent of both the learned counsel the present Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent Nos.4 and 5 to consider and pass appropriate orders on petitioner;!.^representation dated 19.04.2025, in accordance with law, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
