Pollution Control Board despite the submission of objection as illegal, arbitrary, violation to the Article 14,15 and 16 of Indian Constitution and consequently direct the Respondents to re- examine the answers to the Question No. 84 (ID 6306801375482) in Paper I and Question No. 150 (ID 6306801410578) in Paper II with the experts in the subject and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to keep one post of Assistant Environmental Engineer in A.P. GP FOR SERVICES I The Court made the following: 3 HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY W.P.No.26365 of 2025 O R DE R: In the present writ petition, the Petitioner is questioning the correctness of the answer key with respect to Question No.84 (ID–6306801375482) and Question No.150 (ID-6306801410578) which was issued pursuant to Notification No.15/2023 dated 26.12.2023 for the post of Assistant Environmental Engineer in A.P.Pollution Control Board. 2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner contends that the academic literature of these questions is contrary to the answer key provided by the Respondents. 3. Learned Government Pleader would submit that the answer key was issued after consultation with experts and no interference is called for. 4. Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of with the following directions: (a) The Petitioner shall submit a representation to the Respondents enclosing the supporting academic literature to 4 Question (ID–6306801375482) and (ID-6306801410578) bearing Question Nos.84 and 150. (b) Upon receipt of the said representation, the Respondents shall examine it along with the enclosed academic literature, consider its feasibility and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible.
