--------- CORAM:

HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE DEEPAK ROSHAN
--------- For the Petitioner : Mr. Rajeev Kumar, Advocate.
For the Respondents : Mr. Anil Kumar, Addl.SGI
Ms. Niki Sinha, C.G.C.

Heard both sides.
Since admittedly the contract granted to the petitioner for running a multi purpose stall on Platform No. 1 at Hatia Railway Station ended on 30.11.2024, and since the petitioner has no right to get an extension beyond the said period in view of clause 2 of Annexure-2 dt. 27.11.2019 which mentions categorically that there is no provision for extension and renewal beyond five years on completion of tenure and that the stall will be allotted through normal tendering process where ceiling limits will be applied, we see no reason to entertain the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is accordingly, dismissed.
