ORAL ORDER (PER: HON'BLE MR. VIBHU BAKHRU, CHIEF JUSTICE)
1. The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 8.11.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.28282/2024 (LA-BDA).
2. In terms of the said order, the accused were directed to consider the complainant's representations dated 4.8.2023 and 5.1.2024, in accordance with law, within a period of four months.

Learned counsel appearing for the accused submitted a memo of compliance enclosing therewith a letter dated 7.11.2025 calling upon the complainant to furnish certain documents. She states that on the complainant furnishing the said documents, necessary steps would be taken.
4. It is noted that some of the documents may not be relevant in the given case.
5. However, we accept the statement made by the accused that, if the relevant documents are provided, necessary exercise would be completed within a period of two months from the date the documents are filed.
6. In view of the above, we consider it apposite to close the present complaint with liberty to the complainant to revive the same, if the order remained uncomplied.
