This writ petition has been filed challenging the action of respondents 1 to 3 for not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 27.01.2022, or not taking any steps for removal of the cell tower erected in Plot No.LIG, 94-D 6-19-1/2, 4th floor terrace, bearing T.S. No.378 of Waltair Ward, Block No.23, East Point Colony, Visakhapatnam by cancelling the licence. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent submits that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.15293 of 2015, dated 04.04.2025. The said submission is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. The petitioner is granted liberty to re-agitate her grievance before the Principal Secretary to Government, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Department, in accordance with law, if so advised.
