This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos.3 and 4 in trying to dispossess the petitioners from their land in an extent of Ac.5.00 cents in Sy.No.101/1, in Annavaram Village, Bheemunipatnam Village, Visakhapatnam District, without issuing any notice and without following the procedure contemplated under law. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents would follow the due procedure with respect to the subject land, if so warranted. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to deal with the subject property in an extent of Ac.5.00 cents in Sy.No.101/1, in Annavaram Village, Bheemunipatnam Village, Visakhapatnam District, strictly in accordance with law and if the petitioners are otherwise found to be in possession of the same, they shall not be dispossessed except by following the due process of law. 5.
