The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s): “for the parimarjan plus of the name of the petitioner against the land in question viz. land measuring area ¾ decimal bearing Khata No. 140, Plot No.213, Tauzi No. 5420, Thana No.360, Ward No.4 bounded by: - North: Public Road Patna High Court CWJC No.10605 of 2025(2) dt.08-07-2025 2/3 South: - Saryug Prasad East: Santosh Kumar West: Vinod Kumar Which land is purchased land vide regd sale deed no.19062 dated 03.12.1991 from Late Baldev Prasad S/o Late Nandlal Sao, R/o Mirzapur, Thana- Nawada, Dist. Nawada for the valuable consideration of Rs. 10,000/- only and came into the possession over the same, when the malguzari receipt (Revenue receipt) is presently being issued in the name of one Late Jamuna Devi (recorded tenant in the Govt. Sarista) who is none but the mother of said Late Baldev Prasad. (ii) For the fixation of the rent, revenue of the said land in the name of the petitioner after mutating her name against the said land constituting fresh zamabandi in her name, when she is ready to pay the entire arrears of revenue money to the Govt. sarista. (iii) For setting aside the order dated 29.04.2025 passed by the Resp. no. 3 in Parimarjan Plus Application No Patna High Court CWJC No.10605 of 2025(2) dt.08-07-2025 3/3 253678692162256 submitted by the petitioner to the learned C.O. Nawada (Resp. no.3). (iv) For the grant of other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled to.” 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lady shall be preferring an appropriate petition alongwith all the connected documents before the Collector, Nawada (Respondent no. 6). 4. In case, the same is preferred in four weeks, the concerned respondent shall take up the matter and after hearing the parties, shall pass an appropriate order at an earliest. 5.
