By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):- “10.1 To call for the records of the case for the kind perusal of this Hon’ble Court. 10.2 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased quash the order dated 26.11.2024 passed in Miscellaneous Civil Appeal No. 10/2023 by First 2 Additional District Judge Janjgir, District – janjgir Champa (C.G.) (Annexure P-7) and restore the also the order dated 06.02.2023 passed by Civil Judge Class I, Akaltara, District Janjgir Champa (C.G.) in C.S. No. 27A/2021 (Annexure P-5). 10.3 Any other relief/reliefs which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be allowed.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner/defendant No. 1 submitted that the Civil Suit filed by the respondents is pending since 23.11.2020. He would further submit that an order of interim injunction has been passed by the learned Court below in favour of the plaintiff, and therefore, the plaintiff is not taking interest in early disposal of the matter. He would also submit that a direction may be issued to the learned trial Court to conclude the proceeding expeditiously. 3. On the other hand, Mr. Shubham Bajpayee, Panel Lawyer appearing for the State would oppose. 4. Taking into consideration the fact that the matter is pending since 2020; therefore, the learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and make all endeavours to conclude the proceeding expeditiously. 5.
