That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions, to conclude the proceeding of case no. 150/B-121/2022-2023 pending before Rent Controller Authority, Ambikapur, District Surguja within a period of 3 months in the interest of justice. 10.2. that, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, which it deems fit and proper.” 2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that an application under Section 12(2)(11) of the Chhattisgarh Rent Control Act, 2011 is pending consideration Digitally signed by NADIM MOHLE -2- before the learned Rent Controller, Ambikapur, District Surguja, Chhattisgarh since 25.05.2023. He would further submit that a direction may be issued to the concerned authority to decide the pending application expeditiously. 3) Taking into consideration the application under Section 12(2)(11) of the CG Rent Control Act, 2011 filed by the petitioner for eviction against the respondent, is pending since 25.05.2023, at this juncture, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Rent Controller to decide the pending application of the petitioner within a period of 06 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4) With the aforesaid observation(s) and direction(s), the instant writ petition is hereby disposed of.
