Present petition has been filed with following prayer:- "(i). To issue a direction to the Prescribed Authority/Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kanpur Nagar to decide the Rent Case No.148 of 2017 (Smt. Anuradha Gupta vs. Smt. Nirmala Sonkar and 2 others) under Section 21(1) (a) of U.P. Urban Buildings (Regulation of letting Rent and Eviction) Act No. 13 of 1972 within some stipulated time period." 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted aforesaid case is pending since long, therefore, a direction may be issued to decide the same at the earliest. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to learned Prescribed Authority/Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kanpur Nagar to decide the Rent Case No.148 of 2017 if possible within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
