Heard Mr. Abhishek Vinod Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Ramakant Mishra, learned Deputy Solicitor General, appearing for the respondents. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: “1. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions quashing the bid rejection by which the Techno-commercial bid of the petitioner was rejected and the respondent authorities may be directed to reconsider the entire matter; 2. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions declaring that the petitioner fulfills all the eligibility criteria as required by the respondent in the Tender Document; 3. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions directing the respondent authorities to consider the price bid of the petitioner; 3 4. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s), which is deemed fit and proper in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has moved an I.A. No. 2 of 2025, which is an application for withdrawal of the petition. 4. Learned Deputy Solicitor General, appearing for the respondents, has no objection. 5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I.A.
