(Oral) The applicant is in judicial custody in FIR/Case Crime No.652 of 2021, dated 08.10.2021, under Sections 302, 120-B IPC, Police Station Kotwali Roorkee, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail. This is second bail application of the applicant. His first bail application has already been rejected on 26.04.2023. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. It is argued that the co-accused having similar role has already been granted bail. 4. This fact is not disputed by the learned State counsel. 2 5. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 6. The bail application is allowed. 7. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
