JUSTICE ROBIN PHUKAN ORDER Date : 04.06.2025 Heard Mr. T. Garam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B. Picha, learned Standing Counsel, Rural Development Department, appearing for all the respondents. Mr. Picha, learned Standing Counsel, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 30.05.2025, has produced an Office Sheet of the respondent authorities, dated 29.05.2025 and submits that in respect of the Chetam Block, one M/s RRR Enterprise has been found to be responsive and not the petitioner’s firm and that on the basis of the above note sheet, now an order will be issued. At this stage, Mr. Garam, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition, with liberty to challenge the order to be issued by the respondent authorities on the basis of above note sheet. Taking note of the submissions of Mr. Garam, learned counsel for the petitioner and also considering the facts and circumstances on the record, this Court is inclined to allow Mr. Garam to withdraw this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of on withdrawal. However, liberty will be remained with the petitioner to approach the Court again by filing an appropriate proceeding, if so advised. The Note Sheet dated 29.05.2025, as produced before this Court by the Page No.# 3/3 learned Standing Counsel, shall form part of the record. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
