Confronted with this situation, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal so as to enable the appellant to prefer an appeal against the Order dated 16th May,2 025 passed by the court of Special Judge, Unlawful Activities Prevention Act in terms of UAP Act.
