01/05/2025 The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers:
“10.1 It is prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and set aside the impugned order passed by the revisional court in Cr.R. No. 243/2024 dated 26.11.2024 and the trial court order dated 22.07.2024 and direct the competent authority/SHO-Mahila Thana, Sector -06 , Bhilai to register the FIR against the respondents, in the interest of justice.”
2. Mr. Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition has become infructuous.
3. Mr. Ahmed, learned State counsel as well as Mr. Shrivastava, does not controvert the above submission.
