At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the authorities under the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961 (in short '1961 Act') by filing an application under Section 7 of 1961 Act, seeking eviction of respondent No. 6, who is alleged to be in an unauthorized possession of Gram Panchayat land and thereafter, approach the Deputy Commissioner, Nuh, for necessary relief. 3.
