ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
<to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or an appropriate writ or order declaring the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioners in respect of land an extent of 3.35 cents in Sy.No.576 of MarriGudem, T.Narasapuram Mandalam, Eluru District without following the procedure contemplated under law as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondents to dispossess the petitioners in respect of their lands, each measuring an extent 3.35 cents in Sy.No.576 of MarriGudem, T.Narasapuram Mandalam, Eluru District, and pass….=
2. Heard M/s. Vijaya Kumar Sata, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents, on written instructions from respondent no.3 dated 02.12.2025, submitted that there are certain disputes with the unofficial respondents as the respondent no.7 and his son purchased land in an extent of Ac.5.04cents during the year 2021 and both the petitioner and the respondent no.7 and his son are enjoying the land in the same way nearly from 50 years. The subject land is the ancestral property to both the petitioner and vendors of respondent no.7 and the official respondents are not interfering with their possession of the subject land.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that by recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition may be closed and liberty may be given to approach the competent civil Court if the petitioner and the respondent nos.6 and 7 have any grievance.
5. By recording the
submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent civil Court if he has any grievance against respondent nos.6 and 7. No costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications pending, if any, in the writ petition, shall also stand closed.
