This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

particularly respondent No.3 and 4 in interfering in the civil disputes at the instance of the respondent No.5 and 6 in respect of the land vide Plot No.23 admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.03 cents of Petitioner No.l and vide Plot No.22 admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.03 cents of Petitioner No.2 in Survey No. 1783/3 of Chennampalli Village, Badvel Mandl, YSR (Kadapa) District as illegal, arbitrary without jurisdiction and also violating Article 14, 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the official respondents not to interfere in civil dispute pertains to the land vide Plot No.23 admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.03 cents of Petitioner No.l and vide Plot No.22 admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.03 cents of Petitioner No.2 in Survey No. 1783/3 of Chennampalli Village, Badvel Mandl, YSR (Kadapa) District”
2. Heard Sri Shaik Mohammed Ismail, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
