THE ERRAKOTAPALLI GRAM PANCHAYAT, REPRESENTED BY ITS SECRETARY, ERRAKOTAPALLI VILLAGE, KALAKADA MANDAL, ANNAMAYYA DISTRICT. ...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents in not paying bill amounts towards the material supplied by the petitioner for the execution of the work namely i.e i) Construction of CC Roads at Kopurivandlapalli (Reach - I) of Errakotapalli GP in Kalakada Mandal for an amount of Rs. 4,78,189/- under MGNREGS and Rs. 2,02,009/- under ZP Funds in pursuant to work ID No. 107060806007080031 and ii) Construction of CC Roads at Kopurivandlapalli (Reach - II) of Errakotapalli GP in Kalakada Mandal for an amount of Rs. 4,67,206/- under MGNREGS and Rs. 1,50,455/-under ZP Funds in pursuant to work ID No. 107060806007080032, as illegal, arbitrary, irresponsible, against to the principles of natural justice apart frorri being violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequentially direct the respondents to pay the above amounts forthwith along with interest in the interest of justice and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the respondents to pay the bill amounts towards the cost of material supplied and skilled and semi skilled labour engaged by the petitioner for execution of the work namely i) Construction of CC Roads at Kopurivandlapalli (Reach - I) of Errakotapalli GP in Kalakada Mandal for an amount of Rs. 4,78,189/- under MGNREGS and Rs. 2,02,009/- under ZP Funds in pursuant to 3 work ID No. 107060806007080031 and ii) Construction of CC Roads at Kopurivandlapalli (Reach - II) of Errakotapalli GP in Kalakada Mandal for an amount of Rs. 4,67,206/- under MGNREGS and Rs. 1,50,455/- under ZP Funds in pursuant to work ID No. 107060806007080032, as illegal, arbitrary, irresponsible, against to the principles of natural justice apart from being violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India pending disposal of the main Writ Petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner: 1.
