No. 512 of 2025 as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the Respondent No.3 not to call, summon, threaten,harass and not to interfere into the Petitioner in any manner in connection with the said Civil Case pending before the Prinicipal Junior Civil Judge, Proddatur in O.S. No. 512 of 2025 and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the Respondent Police particularly Respondent No.3 not to summon, threaten, harass and not to interfere with the Petitioner either personally or in any manner in cormection with O.S. This Writ Petition is filed with the following prayer: <…to issue an appropriate Writ, Orders or Direction, More particularly one in the nature of the Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respodent No.3 calling the Petitioner to the Police Station without any reason and theatening the Petiitioner and interfering in the civil dispute and trying to compromise the Civil case pending before the Prinicipal Junior Civil Judge, Proddatur in O.S. No. 512 of 2025 as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the Respondent No.3 not to call, summon, threaten,harass and not to interfere into the Petitioner in any manner in connection with the said Civil Case pending before the Prinicipal Junior Civil Judge, Proddatur in O.S. No. 512 of 2025..=
2. Heard Sri Satish Sandu, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner would submit police are calling the petitioner to the police station and are interfering in the civil dispute and threatening the petitioner to compromise O.S.No.512 of 2025 on the file of learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Proddatur. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that on the representation made by 4th respondent before Superintendent of police through Public Grievance Redressal System, the petitioner was called to the police station for enquiry and police are not interfering in the civil dispute between the parties. 5. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute, except under due process of law. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ________________________________________
