Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel came up with the specific instructions through which it has been transpired that in pursuance of order dated 25.04.2025, full protection has been extended to the petitioners in terms as mentioned in the said order which but at the same time, learned counsel for petitioners submitted that still there are same threats and as such, the protection as granted vide order dated 25.04.2025, may be extended for further two months. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, this petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent no.2 i.e. Commissioner of Police, Commissionerate Ghaziabad to continue the protection as extended vide order dated 25.04.2025 in favour of petitioners for further two months.
