“Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, the condition imposed on the petitioner herein vide orders in Crl.P.No.9600 of 2024 dated 06.01.2025 to appear before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e., Saturday between 10.00 A.M., and 01.00 P.M., till filing of the charge sheet, is hereby relaxed. However, the petitioner shall make himself available to the Investigating Officer as and when required.
