Day before yesterday, a report was called from the concerned Magistrate that if the instant bail is pending before this Court, then why bail was granted to the present applicant. 4. Report of the Magistrate has been furnished before this Court. It reveals that applicant was granted default bail, since the charge-sheet was not filed within the stipulated period of 60 days. 5. Since the applicant has already been enlarged on bail, therefore, this bail application has rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. (Rakesh Thapliyal, J.) 08.05.2025.
