2. Admittedly, in the case at hand, the quantity involved is a commercial quantity. The rigors of Section 37 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act apply, in the case at hand. Investigation, in the case at hand, is at a nascent stage.

3. Learned Additional Advocate General, on instructions, submits that the custodial interrogation of the bail petitioner is an absolute imperative must, at this stage.
