ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: <…to issue a writ, order or a direction, more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the inaction of the 3rd Respondent in taking action against the petitioner's complaint dt 05.11.2023 is illegal, irregular, arbitrary, violative of the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code and also offends articles 14, 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent to take appropriate action against the petitioner's complaint dt 05.11.2023 and pass.…=
2. Heard Mrs.N.Anula, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Siva Prasad Reddy Venati, learned counsel for the unofficial respondents and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the official respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police are not registering any case on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 05.11.2023.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner approached the police and orally submitted that a false case has been registered against her in Cr.No.76 of 2024 of Nagarampalem P.S., and she stated that there are money disputes between the petitioner and unofficial respondents pending vide C.C.No.214 of 2017 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Piduguralla under N.I.Act. He would further

submit that the petitioner did not file any report before the respondent police but orally informed all the facts which are mentioned in the present petition.
5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before the appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
