The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 23.03.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No. 86 of 2025, under Sections- 333, 115(2), 352, 351(3), 110, 118(1) of B.N.S., Police Station- Shishgarh, District- Bareilly. 5. Counsel for the parties agreed that the parties have settled their dispute outside the court. Hence, the informant has no objection in case the impugned F.I.R is quashed. 6.
