Upon notice, learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent submitted that against the order of lifting of attachment in Crl.M.P.No.79 of 2021 in Cr.No.89 of 2012 of CID police, Vijayawada, the respondent authorities have already preferred an appeal before this Court and the same is numbered as C.A.No.726 of 2025. It is further submitted that the petitioner herein has been arrayed as the 1st respondent in the appeal and notices have already been issued. 4 3. Considering the said submission of learned counsel for the 4th respondent, nothing survives in this writ petition. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
