Sri Munesh Kumar, learned counsel for the revisionist and Sri Triveni Saran Rai, learned counsel for the State are present and have been heard and perused the records also. 3. The present revision U/s 397/401 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the revisionist Mehtab Singh with the prayer to set aside the judgment and order dated 05.08.2017 passed by Appellate court against the revisionist in Criminal Appeal No. 15 of 2014 (Mehtab Singh Vs. State of U.P. and another) and order dated 08.08.2013 passed in Criminal Case No. 1266 of 2007 (State Vs. Mehtab Singh), P.S. Highway, District Mathura and with a further prayer to release the revisionist on bail of the aforesaid case, during the pendency of the present revision. 4. Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the revisionist/Mehtab Singh has died and as such the present revision be dismissed as not pressed. 5. The records show that as per office report dated 06.09.2025 a report from C.J.M. concerned dated 29.08.2025 has been received stating therein that in compliance of the order 13.08.2025 of this Court the revisionist Mehtab Singh has died on 09.01.2025. The said report has been sent after due enquiry. 6. In view of the same, looking to the statement of learned counsel for the revisionist as well as the report of the CJM concerned, the revision stands abated.
