This Court granted Interim order directing the respondent authorities not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject property except due process of law. 3. The matter is of the year 2023. Despite lapse of considerable time, the authorities did neither file counter nor place written instructions on record. 4. Considering the same, this writ petition can be disposed of treating the interim order as final order. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent authorities not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject property except under due process of law.
