Civil Misc. Appeal No. 2821/2023 are recalled, and the S.B. Civil Misc. Appeal No. 2821/2023 is ordered to be restored to its original number, subject to the payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- to be paid in favour of Secretary, Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, within a period of four weeks from today. 4.
