This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue an order or direction to in the nature of MANDAMUS directing/commanding the respondent по. 2 & 3 to decide/consider the application dated 07.03.2025 (Annexure No. 3 to the present writ petition) of the petitioners and to pass appropriate order restraining the tehsil authority not to demarcate the land in question till finalization of National Highway-74, or to restrain the tehsil authority not to create any interference in the peaceful possession of the petitioners over the land in question." 3. Perused the representation filed by the petitioners. 4. Prayer made in the representation is not to demarcate the land of petitioners though the National Highway is proposed. 5. Prayer made is misconceived. 6. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed.
