As seen from the material available on record, it is a case where the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent Nos.3 & 4 not to interfere with the agricultural activity of the petitioner. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on instructions would submit that the respondent-Police are not interfering into the agricultural activity of the petitioner with regard to the property admeasuring to an extent of Ac.1-90 cents in Sy.No.877/B10 and Ac.2.00 in Sy.No.877/B11 situated at Thummachetlapalli Village, Chitvel Revenue Village, Chitvel Mandal, YSR Kadapa District. In that view of the matter, the Writ petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed not to interfere into the agricultural activity of the petitioner 2. 3. 4. 5. m herein without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
